Free shipping will be automatically triggered for all orders at checkout.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Please note that orders with pre-ordered items will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item(s) are back in stock.
Asia Expedited Delivery
Our Asia-based studio is able to deliver to South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong S.A.R., Macau, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia with expedited delivery service.
- Lait and Lune offers Complimentary Expedited Delivery (2-4 business days) for all orders.
- All Asia Expedited Delivery allows parcel tracking with notifications.
Standard International Delivery
We deliver to over 55+ countries worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden and Belgium, etc.
- Lait and Lune offers Complimentary Standard International Delivery (10-14 business days) for all orders.
- All Standard International Delivery allows parcel tracking with notifications.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes which will rest with the recipient. These duties and taxes are not included in the final price of the Lait and Lune goods and are not included in the shipping cost listed. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
